Not so fast! The owner is now not ready - hasn't packed, hasn't purchased plane tickets for her move.
This is just making me laugh after stressing out about the time frame, getting a contractor to agree to work a late Saturday night, and having our mortgage guy request that the VA appraiser get it together pronto. I was amazed at the way things came together so quickly at the end...all to be delayed. God, you do have a great sense of humor! Yes, God, we are trusting in you - not a bunch of papers on someone's desk that have been signed.
We intend to close on Friday now. I'll keep you posted...
So many have been very kind and offered to help us with the move. We are so grateful! We haven't yet set up a day for the big push of moving furniture etc. It will depend on when we end up with the keys and when Jon is able to take off work. We'll come calling soon!

REmember we have a BIG truck whenever you need us! Maybe I could just lend you my car and take your kids...don't know if Grant o Boy would be much help :)
