A few days ago, Jon and Eli were off running errands together. I thought Lil (she's started writing this as her name on some of her many pieces of paper) may ask to play princesses, school or ponies. She really relishes my undivided attention....and reminds me when "it's been a long time since just we did something, Mom." Instead, she immediately decided we must do something for Daddy and Eli to surprise them when they got home. Love getting to watch her grow into such a sweet girl who enjoys encouraging us with her gifts of notes, pictures, and yummy snacks. :) We put the love and muffins into a heart-shaped dish along with a paper heart that she wrote "Daddy Eli I love you Lily" on.
