Under contract

Thought I'd have a moment here, but Kaylee is requiring some TLC (she seems to need an especially extra large dose lately - come on in last molar!).  I will ask her to be patient while I tell you that we are under contract to buy a house!  What a process it has been...and we haven't even closed on it or moved yet.  Looks like it will be a busy month.  Let the cardboard box collecting begin (is it just me, or do we do this fairly frequently?!)!
