Convinced with sweet comfort

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

For I am convinced that...

neither the tragic death of a pet ladybug nor inappropriate life of something (?) growing in the refrigerator

neither moments with well-behaved children nor moments with juvenile delinquents

neither the present state of exhaustion nor the future which certainly must hold more sleep

nor the powerful odor of dirty diapers

neither height of laundry pile nor depth of crumbs in the booster seat (and highchair, and floor, and car seat, and in the couch cushions)

nor anything else in this crazy, wonderful home or up my children's sleeves

will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
